Computing Ids, Passwords & Access

These pages describe the most commonly used systems for students, faculty, and staff. This includes info on how to get access, how to get in, and how to change your passwords.

CampusPass is the new name for your CampusNet password. CampusPass provides a single password for many systems.

Go to CampusNet to change CampusPass/CampusNet password or contact Call Center - 687-5050

Provides access to PC. (If you change to a different domain, we are unable to identify or re-set your password.)

CampusNet View personal info, grades, transcripts, and schedule
Register, add & drop classes
Faculty - View class rosters, enter grades
myPay Gives employees access to their pay information on-line. myPay allows an employee to: view and print payroll history; view leave accruals; view direct deposit information; change W-4 tax information; request W-2 reissue.
myTime myTime is a web based electronic time collection system

SkillPort Online Training

Place personalized, web-based collections online including selected evidence from coursework, artifacts from extra-curricular activities, and reflective annotations and commentary related to these experiences

Provides access to Blackboard Learning System CE 6 (Formerly WebCT CE 6).

Free email access, used to receive important info such as campus closings, etc. Students, please forward your CSU email address to another email account. Faculty & staff, if you chose to not use your CSU email, please forward your CSU email to your other email address. More info on email

Campus Deskmail/Lotus Notes 6.5 Available to faculty and staff, Deskmail is an installed email version of Webmail. Provides free email access used to receive important info such as campus closings, etc. Faculty & staff, if you chose to not use your CSU email, please forward your CSU email to your other email address.

Password-Enabled Screen Saver - At home or if used as local machine
Provides access to PC. At home, this is not connected to any CSU id/password system. At home, this password cannot be identified or changed by IS&T.

Student, HR, and Financial Administrative Systems
(Staff & Faculty only)

Student System: Used for student advising, adding students & employees, registering students, managing course scheduling.

HR System: used to check employee information

Financial System: used to generate reports to track department funds

"C" followed by CSU ID PeopleSoft password
