To better manage technology projects, IS&T has implemented a more structured process for discretionary projects that are aligned with the University's top priorities of enrollment and retention, cost reduction and operational effectiveness.

• Project Request Procedure - Identifies the the various roles and workflow 
   
• Project Request Form  - On line form to create a project request
   
• Project Priorities  - Discretionary Projects that have been identified as the highest priorities by the Executive Technology Committee
   
• Project List - List all other IS&T projects; regulatory, compliance, software upgrades mandated by the vendor or that address security vulnerabilities. Discretionary projects that have been reviewed and identified as priorities by the Executive Technology Committee are not not on this list.
