Print your ID Card.

IF YOU ARE NOT A REGISTERED AETNA NAVIGATOR USER:

Click on link at the bottom of the page.
Go to "I'm ready to Register".
Click on

I am an Aetna member or I am a member of another insurance plan registering for Personal Health Record or Simple Steps To A Healthier Life®.
AND
I am the subscriber, primary member or employee.

Type in all information (Member ID number is your CSU ID number).
Once registered Login to Aetna Navigator.
Click "ID card" link on left side of screen.
Print your ID card.
