All those wishing to participate in the 6-day writer's workshop must submit a manuscript (either 10 to 15 double spaced pages of prose or 8 to 10 pages of poetry) with the application form. Visit www.csuohio.edu/imagination/application.pdf to print out the form. In general, manuscripts from not-for-credit students must be postmarked no later than June 16, 2008. However, those wishing to take the workshop for university credit must submit no later than May 26. Submit your best work. Once admitted, students will have the opportunity, if they choose, to submit a manuscript in an earlier stage of development for the workshop. Upon notification of acceptance, workshop participants will be asked to remit tuition, credit or not-for-credit as appropriate. Applicants for full, non-credit participation should send manuscript and application form to the address below by June 16, 2008. Upon acceptance workshop participants will be asked to remit $799 in tuition.
Applicants for the Saturday Business of Writing Colloquium should send in the completed application form with tuition of $199.
Applicants for 4 hours of graduate or undergraduate credit should send manuscript and application form to the address below by May 26, 2008. Upon acceptance workshop participants will be asked to remit appropriate tuition. Applicants seeking credit, but not enrolled at Cleveland State or in NEOMFA will have to fill out a formal student application. Applicants for 3 hours of NEOMFA graduate credit should send a manuscript and application form to the address below by May 26, 2008 and proceed to arrange for registration though the NEOMFA Coordinators at their gateway universities.
