Alma is known as "Scotland U.S.A." Every spring the highland festival is held in Alma.
This is the opening parade.

Created, written, designed and produced by Samantha Loree in December 1996 at
the Japan Center for Michigan Universities in Hikone, Japan,
as part of The Shiga Project, 1996 Edition.
