Chill Out

Learn effective ways to manage graduate student stress.  Visit the CASC Open House- stress busting giveaways, fun activities, and meet peer counselors. Sponsored by CSU Counseling & Academic Success Clinic.  MC 2nd floor lounge (use the open staircase near 1st floor computer lab).

Kick Off Celebration

Celebrating Graduate Students! Stop by before or after class for free food and fun as we kick off Graduate Student Appreciation week. Hear from students and faculty and check out the special City of Cleveland Proclamation for the College of Graduate Studies' first Grad Student Appreciation Week. 2016 Research Day*  (registration required)

11am-4pm
Student scholarly works on display by the College of Sciences and Health Professions.  Keynote speaker, luncheon, and presentation of COSHP Research Award and an afternoon poster session.  Event is open to all, but registration is required to attend the luncheon. SC Ballroom.
 

Applying to Graduate School (registration required)

12-1pm
Undergrads- meet College of Graduate Studies staff and learn about financing your graduate education, standardized admission testing, graduate assistantship opportunities, and tips for success at the graduate level.  Sponsored by Grad Admissions and the GSA. PH Hall 104.
 

Law Review Symposium, Big Data

Businesses today are continually developing more sophisticated means of collecting and using data. Deliberate attacks to attempt to access this sensitive information have increased as well, yet a comprehensive regulatory scheme has not developed at the same rapid pace. The Cleveland State Law Review symposium will create dialogue between regulated entities and government agencies promoting a creative legal approach to ensuring security and privacy. Sponsored by Cleveland-Marshall College of Law. Law Building, Moot Court Room and Atrium.
