Non-Degree Applicants with Degrees from Outside the U.S.

Persons who have earned degrees from institutions outside of the U.S. must provide ink-original documents, or certified copies, of the following:

Transcripts (in native language and English translations prepared by a certified translator)
Diploma (in native language and English translations prepared by a certified translator)
Grade Reports or Mark Sheets (if grades and credit hours are not noted on the English translations of transcripts)
Results/score reports from an English language proficiency examination (Example: Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL), Michigan Language Test, etc.). Any individual who has earned a bachelor's or higher degree from a U.S. institution where the primary language of instruction was English is not required to take an English language proficiency examination.
