Before an admission decision has been made, use this form
to change the admission term (i.e., Summer to Fall), change
from a degree-seeking application to a non-degree one, or
to withdraw an application. Cannot be used if an admission
decision has been made.

To change the admission term after an admission decision has
been made. Admitted students may defer their admission for
up to one calendar year (e.g., Fall 2011 to Fall 2012). Please
confirm with your graduate program that a simple deferral
is acceptable. The Office of Graduate Admissions will notify
you if you need to take further action to defer your admission.
