MISSION STATEMENT
The employees of the Buildings & Grounds Department provide service to Cleveland State University as it relates to the daily maintenance and repair of all buildings and grounds: providing a clean, safe and comfortable teaching/learning environment for students, faculty and staff.
Maintenance is provided by Buildings & Grounds at no charge to the campus. To report a maintenance problem, call our Dispatch Office at 216.687.2500.
Alterations to space is provided through Service Requests. Examples of service request work are the addition of a door to a space, moving a door, changing the configuration of a room, painting, shelf installation, lock changes, sinks being installed/removed. To obtain services, you must submit a Service Request to Physical Plant. Call 216.687.5436 if you have any questions.
