Cleveland State has two residence halls located on campus, Fenn Tower and Euclid Commons. Both provide a unique and exciting experience for students and offer numerous amenities. At these residence halls, you will enjoy a safe, secure and fully operational home away from home. In addition, Residence Life strives to engage all students through fun activities and events throughout the entire school year so there is always something to do. Cleveland State also offers Heritage Suites, on-campus apartments for students with a great location and fully furnished units.

If you plan to live on campus:

1. You must complete the housing application with an application fee. Click here to complete the housing application and pay the application fee online. Please note that the application will not be processed without the $20.00 application fee.
2. Once the application and fee are received, you will be mailed a leasing agreement. The leasing agreement requires a signature and a $150 security deposit.
3. During the month of August, you will receive information through the mail that includes move-in dates, roommate information, and what to bring to campus.
