Scholarships
The CSU Transportation Center provides financial support in the form of scholarships and assistantships. Scholarships are awarded to increase awareness of the
opportunities within transportation engineering and to underscore a need for engineers
in this segment of our economy.
In the academic year 2009/2010,
undergraduate scholarships and graduate assistantships were awarded to students in various engineering disciplines and fields outside of engineering. Click here to view profiles for these students.
All scholarships are funded by the Center with help from industry donations.

Internships
The CSU-UTC looks to connect promising students with local industry for beneficial
on-the-job learning. As the CSU Fenn College of Engineering already boasts a
long-standing and successful Co-op program, the CSU-UTC works within its system to
help heavy highway construction partners find the best candidates for
transportation-specific learning opportunities.
Internships generally occur early in the undergraduate career, while Co-op work
serves as a vital part of near-graduation curriculum. Students interested in
internships and Co-ops in roadside safety and transportation should contact the
Center Director for more information.
