Welcome to the Cleveland State University's Washkewicz College of Engineering Cooperative Engineering Program!

Learn and Earn with Co-op

Cooperative Education provides the link between classroom and workplace. Participation in the Washkewicz College of Engineering Cooperative Education (Co-op) Program provides the students the opportunity to learn about his or her area of interest through practical experience while also earning an income. Learn and earn with Co-op!

Greater Cleveland provides a myriad of opportunities for engineering Co-ops. Companies like First Energy, Parker Hannifin, Rockwell Automation, General Electric, NASA, Lubrizol, Philips, Sherwin Williams, Honda and Goodyear Tire regularly seek out Fenn College of Engineering Co-ops. Students earn $12 to $21 per hour while applying their classroom knowledge and gaining experience in their profession. The Washkewicz College of Engineering Cooperative Education Program staff can assist you in your engineering career exploration and co-op search. Students and employers have 24/7 access to www.CSUCareerline.com, an Internet-based job search system that both students and employers use in their searches.  You will have access to co-op and full-time degree certified positions, on-campus recruiting schedules, and a resume posting system.
