The leadership displayed by the Fenn College of Engineering is the net result of countless efforts by faculty, staff and students, some in official capacities, and others simply in the execution of their duties. When Dr.Bahman Ghorashi became the Interim Dean in 2007, he began to reinforce the role and importance of teamwork.
( see the Interim Dean's State Of the College Address )
Fenn College is aided in strategic planning by the Fenn Visiting Committee. This committee is comprised of practicing engineers and managers from the Greater Cleveland Area, and includes several Fenn Alumni.
In addition to Interim Dean Ghorashi, Fenn College is led by the following talented and motivated people:
Dr. Paul P. Lin , the Interim Associate Dean is temporarily incharge for Operations, to ensure sound fiscal planning, both for the college as a whole and with proposal writers in the project or grant budgeting process. Dr. Lin also supervises the day to day operation of the college, bringing stability and "common sense" to decisions that affect faculty, staff and students. It is through this effort that Fenn College can maintain a consistent, high-quality experience for our students.
Janice Anderson, College Budget Manager, maintains the college's financial records, as well as providing operational information to the rest of the leadership team, in order to ensure sound decisions.
Dr. Paul P.Lin , Interim Associate Dean for Academic Affairs, interacts with Fenn's faculty, assisting in the development of programs and curricula. Dr. Lin's website is http://academic.csuohio.edu/linp/ and his E-mail address is p.lin@csuohio.edu
