In addition to the Confucius Institute and Hanban's overseas summer camp programming, the Confucius Institute at CSU also hosts a day camp for K-6 students interested in Chinese language, art, culture, and history. This year's Chinese Immersion Summer Camp will provide several excellent educational and entertaining activities, including classical Chinese poetry, calligraphy, martial arts, and traditional paper cutting.
Dates are available for two one-week sessions. The first session will be held at the Campus International School in downtown Cleveland from July 28 - August 1. The second session will be held at Lee Burneson Middle School in Westlake from August 4 - August 8.
Camp programming will run from 9:00AM to 3:30PM; additional before- and after-care are available.
Registration forms are available here.
Promotional materials are available for programs that would like to introduce the camp to their students. A grayscale 8.5"x11" flyer is available, as well as an information sheet. For additional materials or information, please contact email@example.com.
