MISCELLANEOUS FEES
Administrative Fee: 15% of subtotal
Carpenters: $26/hr.
Catering: To be determined by CSU’s Dining Services
Custodial: $19 /hr.; or depends upon facility utilized
Electrical: $31/hr.
Facility Rental: CSU approved facility rental rates
Locksmith: $26/hr.
Parking: $4 regular / $5 special events
Piano Tuning: $75 flat rate/ MC 423 has a portable piano
Police: Internal $25/hr./officer with 4-hour minimum; External $30/hr./officer with 4-hour minimum
Rental Equipment: Requested equipment that is not in Conference Services’ inventory will be rented from a University approved rental contractor. The sponsoring organization is responsible for all affiliated rental costs.
Rental Tables: 6’ & 8’ = $7.00; round= $7.24
Rental Chairs: plastic= $1.10; wood=$1.04; padded wood= $2.59
Sound Technician: $50/hr/ min. 4 hours / $50 ea. additional hour
Stage Manager: Internal: $12/hr/min. 4 hours; External: $14/hr/min. 4 hours
Teleconference: $225 for 3-hour minimum / $40 each additional hour
