INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS
The LICENSEE will provide evidence of Commercial General Liability insurance, without a deductible, in limits of not less than $1 million per occurrence for bodily injury and property damage. Such evidence of insurance will be attached with the deposit, due as the signed contract dictates. Such insurance will name as insured the LICENSEE and CSU, covering both insured from all liability, damage and/or injury of any kind to all persons and property or loss of use thereof occurring as a result of LICENSEE'S use of CSU'S premises. CSU reserves the right to require limits above these minimums when, in the sole opinion of CSU, such higher limits are justified. Coverage must be satisfactory to the University and a certificate evidencing such coverage must be received by the Department of Conference Services prior to date specified on signed contract.
