Final Self-Study Report Chapter 5: 15 Aug 2000
Each of the goals is assigned a coordinator, usually an administrator who has support staff already available to assist with the process. Each coordinator works with a team of faculty, staff, administrators, and/or students in determining how to address each objective within the goal. Through this organizational structure, large numbers of individuals from across the campus are engaged in goal-related activities. Goal coordinators meet with the President at least once per semester to discuss progress, review updated environmental-scan information, present recommendations from their teams, assist in developing communication tools, and help draft University priorities for the ensuing year.
