CONCLUSION

Cleveland State University meets Criterion 1. It has clear and publicly stated purposes consistent with its mission and appropriate to an institution of higher education. It also has institutionalized processes for establishing goals and objectives relevant to that mission, and effective mechanisms for their implementation as evidenced by numerous examples of success in achieving them.
