Phil Stella

CORPORATE COMMUNICATION TRAINER AND SPEAKER

Phil Stella, president of Effective Training and Communications, has more than 25 years of experience as a training and communications specialist in the corporate arena.

Prior to establishing ETC, Phil managed corporate communications and management training at Progressive Insurance. A founding member of Media Communications Association-International/ITVA Cleveland chapter, he has delivered popular communication skill workshops at many MCA-I/ITVA Conferences and chapter events around the country.

A prolific writer, Phil has authored over 200 articles on a variety of topics in national and local business, industry and association publications. He is also an award-wining video script writer for programs that support recruiting, orientation, employee communication, training and marketing.
