Dan O'Shannon and Tom Anderson

WRITERS AND FRIENDS FOR DECADES

Dan O'Shannon and Tom Anderson met in the early '80s, doing stand-up comedy at the Cleveland Comedy Club.  After performing and writing in the Cleveland area, they moved to California, teaming for Newhart and Cheers.

Dan O'Shannon moved on to "The Boys," "Maggie," and "Frasier" and is currently writing on CBS's "Threshold". He received an honorary Doctor of Humane Letters and an honorary B.A. in Communication from Cleveland State University in 2003.where he has graciously given of his time over the years by guest lecturing in Communication classes at CSU during his spring hiatus.

Tom Anderson co-created and wrote "Living Single" and created "The Jeff Foxworthy Show". As a performer, he has appeared on "Diagnosis Murder" and "Murphy Brown". He currently writes movie scripts from his home in Cleveland.
