Welcome to the Department of Curriculum and Foundations! Our department provides the foundational knowledge necessary for prospective teachers to gain initial licensure and enhances the proficiency of current education professionals. Our faculty have expertise in the following areas: Educational Psychology, Social Foundations of Education, Curriculum and Instruction, Educational Research, Educational Technology, and Gifted and Talented Education.

Curriculum and Foundations (C & F) offers core curriculum courses for the College of Education and Human Services' Undergraduate and Graduate programs, as well as Master's Degree programs in Educational Research, Gifted and Talented Education, and Educational Technology, and an accelerated program, the Masters in Urban Secondary Teaching (MUST).
