Dr. Seck completed his master and doctoral work at the Mandel School of Applied Social Science at Case Western Reserve University.
As Social Worker, Dr. Seck worked at the Ohio Department of Youth Services, Kathryn Tyler Neighborhood Center, and Cuyahoga County Metropolitan Housing, Youth Violence Prevention Program.
His practice with juveniles, in close as well as open institutions, led him to recognize the need for an early identification of violent youth offenders who experience mental and behavioral disorders and who are involved with the juvenile justice system.
