Dr. Mamadou Seck, LSW, MSSA has been teaching program evaluation since 2008 at Cleveland State University, School of Social Work. His effective teaching method of Program Evaluation illustrates his long practice in the field of Needs Assessment, Formative and Summative evaluation. He had been involved in many assessment projects including an assessment of human and natural resources: lands, trees, and water sponsored by the World Bank as well as other projects assessing community needs in rural areas through Rapid Rural Appraisals. Dr Seck conducted a number of program evaluation workshops in Ohio and abroad. |
