Peter Bush, baritone, is a native of upstate New York and holds a Bachelors degree in vocal performance from the Ithaca College School of Music and a Masters degree from the Cleveland Institute of Music, where he studied under George Vassos. Mr. Bush has performed with the Canton Symphony Orchestra, Opera Cleveland, and The Ohio Light Opera. Roles performed include Count Almaviva in The Marriage of Figaro, Nardo in Mozart’s La finta Giardiniera, and the Chamberlain in Stravinsky’s Le Rossignol. Mr. Bush has also been active in numerous outreach programs, performing the children’s operas Green eggs and ham, The Legend of Sleepy Hollow and An Aesop Odyssey in Cleveland area schools.
