Samuel Richmond, PhD

Samuel Richmond, Ph.D., Co-ordinator of the Bioethics Program, has published many articles in ethics and social work practice. He has taught courses in applied and professional ethics, and regularly teaches Bioethics Policy Issues and Bioethics and Law.

Allyson Robichaud, PhD
Co-Director, Center for Poverty Studies

Allyson Robichaud, Ph.D., joined the Philosophy Department in Fall Semester 1999. She received her doctorate from CUNY, and was a Bioethics Fellow at Mount Sinai School of Medicine in New York City. Professor Robichaud has taught Clinical Issues in Bioethics. Her current research interests include medical futility and ethics and the emotions.
