CLASS program changes name to AHANA Peer Mentoring Program Welcome Week 2004 to take place first week of classes, Aug. 30 - Sept. 13
To acknowledge everyone’s effort in building Campus411, a one-stop center to connect students with the services they need, there will be a Grand Opening on Wednesday, Aug. 18.
The celebration is for Cleveland State’s faculty, staff, and administrators and will run fro 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. in Suite 162 of University Center.
CLASS program changes name to AHANA Peer Mentoring Program The Cooperative Learning and Academic Success System (CLASS) Program, a program of the Office of Minority Affairs and Community Relations that provides entering freshmen with support services and programs to promote their educational, career and personal development, has changed its name to the AHANA Peer Mentoring Program. “AHANA” means African American, Hispanic American, Asian American and Native American, an acronym used widely at colleges and universities across the nation.

Welcome Week 2004 to take place first week of classes, Aug. 30 - Sept. 13 The CSU Department of Student Life invites Cleveland State faculty, staff and students to participate in the annual Welcome Week taking place Aug. 30 – Sept. 3. Welcome Week 2004 will Celebrate 40 Years of CSU with music, food, prize raffles and information about CSU. Departments, colleges, faculty, and organizations can plan events about their interests. Activities including receptions, bands or lectures are also appreciated. Communicate your event with Kelly McCarthy in the Department of Student Life by July 26 to be included on the Welcome Week Schedule.
To host an information table in the University Center Atrium, reserve the space by calling the Department of Student Life, 216-687-2048 by Aug. 20.
Order fall semester parking tags online through CampusNet Students registered for the fall semester can buy parking hangtags online. To order: login to CampusNet, click on the ‘Parking’ link, select the type, and click on the ‘Buy’/‘Order’ button next to the hangtag. MasterCard, Visa or Discover are accepted. To have the parking tag mailed to your home, you need to order it online by Aug. 13; otherwise it must be picked up at the University Parking Services, Room 128 in the Chester Building Annex.
