Police Report: Car break-ins are on decline
November 23, 2004 CSU police assisted Cleveland Police Department police in a shooting on East 24th Street. An intoxicated non-CSU individual was arrested for criminal trespassing at Mather Mansion. November 26, 2004
Two non-CSU individuals were asked to leave from the CSU Convocation Center as they tried to sell Force tickets. November 27, 2004 A vehicle ignited into flames in the S-3 lot. An electric short-circuit was the cause. November 28, 2004 A car stereo was stolen out of a vehicle parked in the Z-lot. November 30, 2004 A verbal altercation occurred in the UC convenience store between the clerk and a customer. A woman reported that she lost her wallet. It was later recovered and all items were intact. December 1, 2004 A physical altercation occurred in the UC between two females was reported. The victim consulted the prosecutor’s office. December 3, 2004 A woman reported (three weeks after the alleged theft) that her purse was stolen. A citation was issued to a CSU student for possession of marijuana.
