If approved, the Cleveland State University rowing team as well as Cleveland residents would be able to use the facilities. CSU Crew helps rejuvenate downtown
Plans for a Cuyahoga Recreation Center to be built on Scranton Peninsula would provide a new home to the CSU Crew.
