CSU Art Gallery calls for exhibit entries
The Cleveland State University Art Gallery is putting out a call for photography and digital media entries for the second Cleveland Biennial Juried Exhibition to be held Friday, Nov. 3 through Saturday, Dec. 13, 2001.
The deadline for submitting entries for consideration is Aug. 15.
Five thousand dollars in prizes will be awarded.
Applications accepted for student Fullbright
The 2004-2005 Fulbright Student Scholarship is open from now until Oct. 1, 2003.
Cleveland State University students can compete for grants to study in one of 140 countries worldwide.

First Annual Mike Garland Golf Outing slated for Aug. 22 at Fowler's Mill Golf Course
The Cleveland State University Athletic Department and men’s head coach Mike Garland will host a golf outing on Friday, Aug. 22 at Fowler’s Mill Golf Course. Registration begins at 11 a.m. with a shotgun start slated for 1:15 p.m.. Dinner and a raffle to benefit the CSU men’s basketball program will follow at 6 p.m. For more information, contact Clayton Woodard at (216) 687-4817.
Cultural event/programs needed now!
Enter your cultural event/program by Friday, Aug. 1 to be included in the cultural events calendar of Fall 2003 and Spring 2004. The brochure will list the calendar of cultural events happening at Cleveland State and will be available during Welcome Week festivities Aug. 25-29. For more information, call (216) 687-2048.
The CSU Black Studies program will host cultural celebration July 23.
The celebration will feature talents from three summer youth programs at CSU. The Mali Yetu Program will present songs from the Civil Rights Movement, and both the National Youth Sports Program and the Upward Bound Program will showcase dance and movement.
