CSU President Michael Schwartz, Emeritus Professor of Education Administration Richard McArdle, Director of Doctoral Programs Carl Rak, Dean of the College of Education Jay McLaughlin, Professor Emeritus of Curriculum and Foundations Dr. Elyse Fleming, and Professor Emeritus of Counseling Education, Dr. Lewis Patterson celebrate 110 doctoral graduates in urban education. The event recognized and honored the founders and ad hoc committee members of the college’s doctoral program in urban education.
