First phase of two-phase operation under way
Precision Environmental’s Keith Barauskas methodically severs the remnants of concrete parapets that were affixed to the courtyard in front of University Center. The first phase of the two-phase project will end Sept. 10, 2002, according to a recent report by CSU President Michael Schwartz, while a similar second phase will take place next year.
The Cleveland Stater is a laboratory newspaper put out by students enrolled in classes in the Department of Communication at Cleveland State University.
