The first phase of the two-phase project will end Sept. 10, 2002, according to a recent report by CSU President Michael Schwartz, while a similar second phase will take place next year. The Cleveland Stater is a laboratory newspaper put out by students enrolled in classes in the Department of Communication at Cleveland State University.
