Hispanic Week highlights traditions, culture

The 12th Annual Hispanic Awareness Week began Monday with a variety of activities to increase awareness of cultures and traditions. Dancers shown here enjoyed traditional music in the UC Monday.

Friday, Sept. 28 between the hours of 5 to 8 p.m. a get-acquainted session for CSU Hispanic students and their parents allows them to share information and experiences about CSU. It will be held at Room 364 in University Center, 2121 Euclid Ave.

On Saturday, Sept. 29 a Community Day will be held from 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. in the Womens Comprehensive Center on the third floor of University Center. For more information, contact Maritza Perez at 216-687-9283.
