Parking lots closed for conventions CSU Factory Theatre cancels play Historic Bridges Conference to be held CSU's Women's Comprehensive Program sets free seminar July 31
Parking lots closed for conventions All the lots north of Chester except lot "Y" will be closed to students on July 13 to 15, July 20 to 22, July 27 and 28 and August 3 to 5. The Cleveland State University Convocation Center will host the Jehovah's Witnesses conventions on those dates. The closed lots will be reserved for convention participants, which Director of Parking, John Oden, estimates at 10, 000 people per day. Students, faculty and staff who visit campus on those dates can park within the core and in lot "D" on a prepaid or must-pay basis. Lot "Z" which is closest to the Convocation Center will also be reserved for convention parking.
CSU Factory Theatre cancels play The Historic Bridges Conference will convene in Cleveland from Wednesday through Saturday from Sept. 19 to the 22. National and international civil engineers and historians will attend. The conference will have a workshop on metal bridge rehabilitation methods at Lincoln Electric in Euclid, and a tour of Cleveland bridges. Register fees will be discounted before Wednesday, Aug. 15. Historic Bridges Conference to be held Free seminars to women who would like to attend or return to college will be offered by the Women's Comprehensive Program at Cleveland State University. Seminars will be held Tuesday, July 31, at 9:30 a.m. or 6 p.m. in University Center at 2121 Euclid Ave. For more information, call (216) 687-4674.
CSU's Women's Comprehensive Program sets free seminar July 31 The Cleveland State University Factory Theatre is canceling the performance of “Small Craft Warnings and A Perfect Analysis given by a Parrot” on Sunday July 22, 2001. The play has been performed on July 6, 7, 8, and 20, and will be canceled on its final day, July 22. For more information, call (216) 687-2109.
