High incidence of auto theft highlight report

Unauthorized use of computers
An incident report was taken on Wednesday, June 13 when personnel at Mather Mansion complained of illegal after-hours use of university computers. The staff noticed bookmarked links and desktop icons to pornographic websites on multiple computers.
Excessive attention
Unit 29 investigated a report on June 14 from a student complaining about receiving excessive, unwarranted attention from a classmate over the past few weeks of the summer session. No one has been named or identified as a suspect at the present time.
Mail recovered
Mail delivered to the Urban Affairs Building early Monday, June 18 was reported found in the bushes of the Jewish Federation Community Center later that day. A videotape of a probable suspect was turned over to the investigating officer.
Juvenile trespassing
Unit 44 responded to a door alarm at Viking Hall early Thursday, June 21. Two juveniles were found loitering in the back areas of the dorm. They said they were invited to visit a camp participant residing at Viking Hall. The two were escorted back to the police station and turned over to their mothers.
Student assaulted
A student was assaulted outside the Business College Building after words were exchanged.
Other news
Six cases of auto theft and 14 complaints of lost or stolen property were reported to the CSU Police Department between June 13 and June 28. Four auto thefts occurred on June 14, three of which were in the Z lot.
