CSU will use some of its capital funds to reconstruct the upper level concrete plaza connecting Rhodes Tower and the University Center. This phase of the construction will begin in 2003.

CSU receives funds to start renovations
A request from the Ohio Board of Regents for more than $544 million from the state’s capital budget to help repair aging buildings at Ohio’s public campuses landed $15.3 million for Cleveland State University.
