Police Report: Have hammock, will travel

Authorities are being called in large numbers lately as non-CSU individuals
are found sleeping on campus grounds. In one interesting incident at around
4:30 p.m. on Saturday, June 17 police found a man who had pitched a hammock
in the tree at the outdoor track. The man was warned and sent on his way.
Problems at Chester Building
Recently, Chester Building has been the site of criminal activity.
On Friday, June 9 at around 9:30 a.m. police took a report concerning a
breaking and entering in Chester Building. The following Thursday, June
15 at 10 a.m. campus police took a report of a male being in the ladies
room on the second floor of Chester Building. These two cases are currently
being investigated.
Problems at University Center
University Center has also seen criminal activity recently. On Friday,
June 9 close to 1 p.m., police took a report of a robbery in University
Center. On Thursday, June 15, at around 4 p.m., a report was taken concerning
a lost or stolen cell phone in UC. Investigations of these two cases are
being conducted.
Problems at the Law School
On Monday June 19, there were two incidents at the Law School. The
first occurred at 6 a.m. and involved a female who was acting suspiciously.
Also, at around 9:30 p.m. there was an incident in which campus police
were called to make a report. These two incidents are still under investigation.
Details for these incidents will be available pending investigation.
