The Breaks
Reports were made of a suspicious male wearing a hoodie and Timberland boots seen in lot 21 in front of the Music and Communication building. The suspicion that he may have been breaking into cars was not substantiated. Units checked the area and no cars had any signs of a breakin.

Spare Change
A student reported she was approached by a white male, approximately 5 feet 10 inches tall, with short dark hair and wearing a gray coat. She told authorities that he asked her as well as other students for money, and police asked him to leave the premises.

No Honor among Thieves
Police received a report of theft in the Central Garage on Friday, Jan. 27 at 10 a.m. police arrested a suspect accused of stealing a woman’s purse the same day. The stolen property has not been recovered.

Panhandlers Away
Panhandlers outside the Union Building were asked to leave the premises immediately, which they did.
