Knock knock at the Langston

Students living at The Langston apartments, located at 2303 Chester Avenue, experienced a scare after an unknown person was heard knocking at their door. On Nov. 29 around 4:00 p.m., Cleveland State Police received a radio call about the suspicious activity when the students became nervous about the possible intruder. Officers entered the apartment at the request of the students. It is reported the students forgot to lock the door, and everything checked out OK.

Racial graffiti found in men's stall at Fenn Hall.

Cleveland State Police received reports of racial graffiti on a stall in the men’s bathroom in Fenn Hall at 1960 East 24th St. It was found in room FH 103A and reported by phone on Nov. 30 at 10:23 a.m. Cleveland State Police called Housekeeping for a cleanup of the vandalism. No further reports have been made.

Students found hitting metal in Student Center

A general disturbance complaint was reported to Cleveland State Police as suspicious activity in the Student Center on Nov. 25 around noon. Reports say students on the third floor were found hitting a piece of metal, which they denied doing. A graduate assistant reported the complaint and advised the situation.
