Checked baggage

Hands off my hangtag!

A female student reported that her parking pass was stolen from her 2007 Ford Focus that was parked in the Main Classroom garage on East 22nd Street on March 28. The hangtag has not been recovered but Cleveland State police and parking services are investigating the theft.

Booze cruise

A 56-year-old woman was arrested for drunk driving after she was pulled over at the corner of East 24th Street and Euclid Avenue for not having her headlights on at 9 p.m. on March 28. The Cleveland State police officer also found an open can of beer in the car. The woman was charged with misdemeanor OVI, having a prohibited open container, and given a ticket for driving with her lights out after dark.
