Play will act out 5,000 years of Chinese history

Acclaimed Chinese dance troupe Shen Yun to return to Cleveland next February

Five thousand years of Chinese civilization will be live on stage in Cleveland.

A show described as being exquisitely beautiful and mesmerizing filled with athleticism.

Shen Yun will be performing for a fourth time to an audience at State Theatre presented by Ohio Falun Dafa Association.

Shen Yun will be amazing the audience with ethnic and folk dances from snowcapped Tibetan peaks down to boundless Mongolian grasslands, filled with a hue and energy, as resounding drums awaken the dusty plateaus of the Middle Kingdom.

You will be able to witness myths and legends come alive about brave generals and more. You also be able to witness the divine culture’s return to an extraordinary journey across 5,000 years of Chinese civilization with classical dance live orchestra, astounding costumes and lively backdrops, Shen Yun is described as transporting you to another world.

Classical Chinese dance from battlefields to imperial palaces will make a difference on how you feel on the culture. Also described as a soul-stirring experience of ancient China, its artists valued integrity, meditation and a mindful lifestyle.

The perfect harmony of the culture’s East and West from the moment the gong is struck jam-packed for something memorable.

“Each year there is something new to learn from the Chinese culture,” said Jian.
Shen Yun will premier in Cleveland on February 1-2, 2014 at Playhouse Square.
