Suit loot

Police responded to 1801 Euclid Ave. on March 13 in reference to a Criminal Damaging/Theft Report. A non-CSU affiliate reported that he parked his car at 1801 Euclid Ave. at 7:04 p.m.. When he returned to his vehicle at 7:19 p.m. he noticed the rear passenger window was broken out and items were missing, including a suitcase, a suit, and two dress shirts. The property was located in the back seat of the vehicle in plain view.

Credit card caper

While attending one of her classes on March 19, a Cleveland State University student went to the front of the room to talk to the professor and left her book bag unattended. In one of the side pockets of her bag was her wallet, which contained several credit cards. Later in the day she returned home she received a call from her bank who informed her of suspicious purchases made on her credit card earlier in the day. Upon checking her bag, she realized her wallet was missing. The charges were made at Champs, Victoria Secret, and Foot Locker.

Whine and dine

Campus police reported to the second floor of the student center at 10:38 a.m. on March 20 to mitigate an altercation between two CSU dining employees. The altercation followed the expression of profanity by one of the employees. When asked to leave for the day by his supervisor, the employee accused of expressing profanity was alleged to have slapped his supervisor when he was asked to leave for the premises for the day.

B-ball close call

CSU police issued a criminal trespass warning to an African American male for attempting to barge into the Alumni Association Presidential Student Ambassador event in the Main Classroom room 122 on March 21 in the evening. The alumni event was invitation only and the said individual was not the list of invitees. It was also reported that the trespasser had allegedly hit one of the event organizers with a basketball that was thrown towards her.
