Wolstein Center to host Viking Madness during Homecoming

By Stephanie Metzger

October 11, 2012

The Cleveland State men’s and women’s basketball teams will be introduced at the Viking Madness Kickoff on Saturday, Oct. 16 as a part of homecoming week.

The event, which is open to the public, was previously held in the Woodling Gym of the PE building, but will take place at the Bert L. and Iris S. Wolstein Center from 6:30-7:30 p.m. this year.

Both basketball teams will be introduced to the audience, and attendees will have the opportunity to meet players in a meet and greet session.

This is the seventh year the event has been hosted by the Cleveland State basketball programs.

Following the event, the homecoming concert featuring the All-American Rejects, Boys Like Girls and The Ready Set will be held at 8 p.m.
