Campus crimes

By Gabriel Hart

Basketball players beware

-On March 11th at about 7:40 P.M. Police were called to the recreation center. A young man who had been playing basketball left his bag in the storage lockers across from the court. When he returned he found that his I-Phone had been stolen out of his bag.

- On March 17th at 4:00 P.m. Police were called to the recreation center again. Another young man who had been playing basketball left his gym bag against the wall as he played. When he returned for his bag the whole thing was missing. The bag contained his phone, wallet, and other personal belongings.

Theft in the recreation center is very common, not just on the basketball court but all throughout. So students be sure to lock your personal belongings up.

St. Patrick’s Day tirade

On March 17th at about 6:40 P.M. A young girl who was a CSU student was walking back from the St.Patricks day parade. She noticed a group of about 20-30 males and females approaching her. When the group came closer she turned around and a black female punched her in the face. The group continued to provoke the girl, when a limo pulled up to help the girl, she took off running, and filed her report at the Student Center.
