Break-ins, theft highlight recent month

Phone Harassment
A female student living in Viking Hall called police Monday, May 3, when she received harassing phone calls and pager messages.

Counterfeit Money
Campus Police were called top the Convocation Center on Sunday May 2 concerning a male who was attempting to pass counterfeit money during an event that afternoon.

Projector Stolen
A CSU employee called campus police on Monday, May 3, when they noticed the theft of a projector from the University Center.

Vehicle Break In
A CSU student reported their vehicle was broken into on Wednesday, May 5, while it was parked in the 17"' street garage.

Suspicious Male
A CSU staff member called police Thursday, May 6, to report a suspicious male had followed the individual from their car to campus.

False Decal
Campus police responded to a radio broadcast on Thursday, May 6, when a parking attendant confiscated a student's driver's license when it was discovered that the student was illegally using a CSU parking lot.

Car Damaged
In a report filed Wednesday, May 12, a student alleged damage to their vehicle, which was parked in the Z lot located between East 21st street and East 22nd street.

Microwave Missing
A CSU employee filed a police report Friday, May 14, when they came into work and noticed that a microwave was missing from their office in the Chester Building.

Vehicle Break In II
A CSU staff member filed a report on Monday, May 17, stating that their vehide was broken into while parked at the KK lot located on East 21 st street by Viking Hall.

Arrest Made
Campus police arrested a man on Friday, May 21 st in connection with breaking into a vehicle parked in the Z lot between East 21st street and East 22nd street.

Officer Assaulted
Campus police arrested a man on Friday, May21, for assaulting a police officer.

Warning Issued
Campus police were called to the Convocation Center on Monday, May 24, while an unauthorized male was using the restroom when the facility was closed. The man was given a warning and released.
