

Our Cleveland State Advertising Association team placed fourth in the American Advertising Federation’s National Student Advertising Competition April 25th in Charleston. They beat eight other schools from the region. The students did an outstanding job in the presentation, and their creative platform for the binge drinking campaign, 'Beyond the Bottle', was praised by the judges at the end of their Q&A session following the presentation.
We are extremely proud of this group of students, who competed without the benefit of a capstone class structure or independent study credits to aid the process.
For the school, this is the second time in the last 3 years our students have placed, an outcome not unnoticed by other faculty in attendance. Best of all, we're turning out some fantastic students who will carry their CSU success with them into the working world.
