United Labor Agency and Painters District Council-A national CATI survey of tradesperson's regarding safety issues and the work environment
Other in-house projects for Cleveland State University units-A number of projects over the years have used focus group techniques, mail surveys, CATI surveys, and on-line surveys to assess public reactions to such issues as racial attitudes on campus, the changeover from quarters to semesters, and the feasibility of a new doctoral program.
