Using the Online Course Assessment Tool (OCAT) For Peer Review of Online and Blended Courses

The OCAT was first developed at Western Carolina University in 2007. During the the past and current academic year, the CSU eLearning Faculty Senate committee reviewed and revised the OCAT for the purposes of faculty peer review of online courses at CSU. The OCAT is designed to give faculty comprehensive feedback on the design and instruction of online courses.
