CSU has currently updated its Learning Management System (LMS) to Blackboard Learning System CE 6. While the transition is made, you may have classes in the older LMS, WebCT 4.0. Beginning in Fall 2007, all courses will be delivered using the new Blackboard CE 6 system. The Center for eLearning has provided an easy-to-use Gateway Page for easy access to both versions, tutorials, and Frequently Asked Questions.
The IS&T call center has walk-in and phone hours so you can get immediate help. The staff at IS&T can answer questions about Blackboard/WebCT, email, passwords, and Microsoft Office applications like Word and PowerPoint.

Your CSU email address is the primary means of communication between faculty and their online students. It is your responsibility to check this email address or forward it to another email address of your choice. You will not know the next steps to accessing your course unless you are able to receive your professor's initial email message. You can forward your CSU email using CampusNet as shown in the screenshot below.
