Journey to Wellness

Care for yourself by participating in this four-session, lunch-and-learn program designed to help you take those first steps toward wellness. We’ll explore ways to lose weight, meet work-life balance challenges, boost energy, and enhance flexibility and strength as you age.
Included with each class are a healthy lunch, class materials, wellness resources and readings. You’ll earn additional wellness items to support your journey as you progress through the four-session series. Continue the discussion and exploration with classmates through the online Blackboard class resources.
Take the first step in your Journey to Wellness by attending our Information Session. Light, healthy refreshments will be served, registration process will be presented, and instructors Sheila Patterson, PhD and Jacqueline Rodriguez, M.Ed. will answer your questions.
