The College has instituted a procedure for “flagging” concerns prior to major field experiences.All students should have received a Student Disposition List describing the professional dispositions that they should demonstrate in class work and field work.Mentors, like any COEHS faculty or staff, are also invited to submit a Concern Flag Form (download form ) if you have concerns about a student that may not be identified in the formal observation or evaluation instruments.You may be interested in reading about how the process works throughout the student’s program of study in the downloadable Flag System document .
